I have heard it called many things, God stories, God Breaths, God Winks, etc but no matter what you call them, they are amazing! Have you ever felt like God places something in your day to make you smile and reflect on the fact that HE loves you?
~Some mornings when I look out my kitchen window I see a deer standing in the field behind my house. It always makes me happy.
~When I go through a dangerous intersection, I praise God and thank Him for helping me to get through safely.
~When I am feeling down and one of my cats climbs into my lap and wants to be rubbed, it reminds me that I am loved.
Simple things that we take for granted are often little reminders from God that he is there.
~My niece, Caitlyn mentioned at Christmas that when she sings in the shower, she gets applause. I thought she was weird and thought nothing more of it…until Tuesday morning when I was taking a shower and leaned my head back into the flow to rinse…I heard it! There was the applause! It made me smile and think of Caitlyn and how something as simple as washing my hair can become monotonous if I let it. How many times have I rinsed my hair since she told me that, yet I never paid attention to the thunderous applause? God has been clapping for me every morning and cheering me on to be a success, yet I have ignored it.

I can’t wait to see how many other things He’ll send my way to show me that He cares for me.
